Returns & Exchanges

At Jishinman, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
